At my previous company, I was part of a team responsible for app security and performance for several years.
We had to run tests, gather data and write reports for other people and external teams to review.
Running experiments, analysing our hypothesis and gathering test data was fun, but writing the report afterwards was not.
I love writing, but these were business documents written in standard business language and formats — the usual reports you'd have seen, not articles like this one.
This is precisely where AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude would've saved time and spared me 80% of the effort on these tasks.
